Oud Saphir

Cardamom and saffron open with a spiced, faintly metallic brightness that quickly pulls oud to the center — the oud here is polished rather than animalic, sitting closer to resinous wood than barnyard. Sandalwood smooths the heart into something warmer and more approachable, while labdanum adds a subtle leathery depth beneath it. Vanilla grounds the dry-down without going sweet, keeping the overall character composed and slightly austere. Projection is moderate; sillage is intimate and close-wearing after the first hour. — Best suited for cold-weather evenings, office-to-dinner transitions, and anyone who wants oud without committing to its more confrontational expressions.

Café Tuberosa

Coffee and tuberose shouldn't work together, but the opening pulls both into focus simultaneously — a dark, slightly bitter espresso bloom that smells neither like a coffee shop nor a flower market but something stranger and more interesting. The heart leans tuberose-forward, creamy and narcotic, with the coffee receding into a roasted backdrop. The dry-down is soft benzoin and vanilla musk, warm and skin-close with moderate projection and light sillage that lingers without announcing itself — Fall and winter evenings, ideal for someone who wants a sophisticated gourmand without smelling edible.

Citron d'Erable

Sharp lemon dominates the opening — bright, slightly resinous, not the sugary kind. Petitgrain adds a green, almost bitter edge that keeps it from reading as a simple citrus. As it settles, maple emerges quietly, giving the heart a faint woody sweetness without tipping into gourmand territory. The dry-down is where cedarwood and vetiver do their work: dry, earthy, understated. Projection is moderate, sillage close to skin by the second hour. Clean but not generic — there's texture here. — Best worn spring through summer by anyone who finds straight citrus too one-dimensional.

Silver Iris

Cool and powdery out of the gate, the iris reads almost metallic at first — that waxy, root-cellar quality — softened quickly by a green sharpness from the violet leaf. The heart settles into a clean, slightly creamy iris that never goes full cosmetic or soapy, held in place by dry cedarwood and quiet sandalwood underneath. Musk and ambrette keep the dry-down skin-close and warm without turning sweet. Projection is modest; sillage trails politely rather than announces. — Best worn in cool weather, close to the skin, for anyone who wants serious iris without the vintage-powder weight.

Clémentine California

Bright and unambiguous in the opening — clementine peels hard, almost fizzy, with a citrus-oil rawness that feels more rind than juice. Neroli and orange blossom arrive quickly in the heart, softening the fruit without turning sweet, keeping things clean and lightly floral. The dry-down is minimal: white cedar and vetiver add just enough woody grounding to prevent it from vanishing, while musk holds a thin, skin-close sillage. Projection is polite throughout, never announcing itself across a room — this wears close and fades gracefully within a few hours — A warm-weather skin scent for anyone who wants citrus without complexity.

Pomelo Paradis

Tart pomelo and sharp grapefruit hit immediately — genuinely citrus-forward, not candy-sweet — with enough brightness to feel like actual fruit rather than a synthetic approximation. Jasmine lifts the heart without going full floral; it softens the acidic edge without burying it. The dry-down is understated: cedar and vetiver add a quiet woody grounding, musk keeps sillage close to skin. Projection stays modest after the first hour, settling into a clean, barely-there finish. — Best in warm weather on someone who wants citrus that lasts past the opening without turning heavy.

Rose Anonyme

A deep, almost bruised rose opens with a sharp ginger and cardamom bite before incense and oud pull it into darker, smokier territory. The heart settles into a resinous floral — rose still identifiable but wrapped in wood smoke and shadow. Projection is confident without being loud; sillage is intimate and trail-like. The dry-down softens everything into warm vanilla and musk, turning the oud almost creamy rather than animalic. It wears close to skin by hour three but leaves something genuinely smoldering behind — made for cold evenings, date nights, and anyone who wants their rose to mean business.
